Each SLURP original coffee subscription comes with a wished flavour profile. All coffees are curated and chosen to reflect these profiles and roasted by the top artisan roasters from Finland. Coffees are only roasted to order and shipped fresh!

Light & fresh

Nuances of berries, fruits and citrus. The light flavour profile coffees are at their best as light roasts.

All coffees are high quality Arabica-varieties that present light and fresh flavours. The taste varies from citrusy to fruity and sweet. Lightly brewed some of the varieties can get even tea-like qualities and intoxicating scents. The aromas in the light flavour profile are nuanced and it offers flavours on a broad scale: floral, fruity, berry-like and spiciness.

Soft & full-bodied

Flavour nuances of nuts, milk chocolate and caramel-like sweetness. The medium flavour world includes coffees that are at their best at a medium roast.

All coffees are high quality Arabica-varieties that all share qualities of low acidity and soft and rich flavours. The coffee flavour nuances vary between nutty and milk-chocolaty to brown sugar and ripe fruits. SLURP medium coffees work great also with a dash of milk.

Strong & full-bodied

Dark chocolate, caramel and soft roastiness. The dark flavour profile offers Arabica coffees that shine at darker roasts.

The carrying notes are perfect balance between the beans’ own aromas and level of roast. All coffees are bold full-bodied. The typical roasty flavours for this flavour profile are such as dark chocolate, nuts and dark caramel. These unique coffees are nuanced by aromas of brown sugar, spices and smokiness.

Robust & bold

Strength and robustness. Strong roastiness, nuances of dark cocoa and earthy spices. SLURP midnight offers high quality Arabica varieties that are at their best at the darkest roast levels.

The coffees are full-bodied, strong and bold. The carrying themes are strong flavours typical to dark roasted coffee such as dry cocoa, dark chocolate and spiciness. Roastiness and often also smoky flavours are strongly present. Owing to its strong flavour profile, the coffees of this flavour world work well also with milk for example as a cafe au lait.
