Organic coffee is coffee roasted from organically certified beans according to the standards of Evira and the Ely centre. The definition of Organic production is different in every country, but usually, organic farming works towards making the smallest possible impact on the environment while maintaining soil quality, the ecosystem and biodiversity. Other certificates coffee might have is UTZ Certified, Fair Trade and Rainbow Alliance.
