Can I modify my SLURP rare subscription?

Yes! It's easy to edit the shipping address, shipping type or put the subscription on hold through your own account.

You can access your SLURP rare subscription from your account.

You are able to change the shipping type, shipping address or put the subscription on hold if needed by clicking "Change Selections".

After selecting your new preferences, you still need to move to checkout to confirm your selections. You can make changes to your subsciption free of charge (not shipping method).

Please note, that changes to your subscription will always apply to coffees from the next renewal forward.

Changes to shipping

For SLURP rare we offer two shipping options:

1. Free delivery

Worldwide all coffees are delivered by DHL via international post channels to your mailbox. The Slurp rare shipping box is slim enough to fit into a standard mailbox. If the coffee canโ€™t be delivered to your mailbox in your country for some reason, it will go to your nearest post office. Shipping time varies usually between 1-10 business days depending on your location.

2. DHL Express Worldwide (with tracking)

The better option for the delivery would be DHL express worldwide. The shipping fee for this delivery type is +14,99โ‚ฌ and what you get is the world fastest door-to-door delivery and there is also a detailed tracking code. This will guarantee the freshness of coffee.

Do you want to skip a few deliveries?

  1. Sign in to your own account.

  2. You should see your dashboard (on mobile scroll down).

  3. Click on "Suspend" on the subscription that you want to put on hold.

After suspending your subscription your subscription won't be charged and no coffee will be sent to roasting.

Please note that any coffees that have already been charged will still be delivered. Rare subscriptions renew 14 days before the next delivery, every fourth week.
